If vicious veggies are ruining your little pea’s life – and putting a serious damper on your plans to raise a strong, healthy eater – have no fear! Little Pea is here to save the day… or to at least throw a fun, unique spin on the age-old battle between moms and their picky eaters.

Sweets, sweets, and more sweets. That’s all Mama Pea and Papa Pea want Little Pea to eat. Shiny, red, sugary confections. Rich, gooey, chocolatey bon bons. Yuck! Little Pea just wants to get to the good stuff. Fluffy, green, folate-rich spinach. Delish!

So obviously this backward little tale is straight out of la-la land. But a Mama can only dream, right? The concept is clever, the writing spot-on, and the illustrations so adorable you could just eat ‘em.

This one ranks right up there with the Olivia series in my book.
